Which Rosins should you consider?

Sadly Janet Jackson’s “Any Time, Any Place” viral Tiktok sound was taken down from the app but the message still rings true… If you don’t like your sound, rosin up & try again!

That sticky sap makes such a difference in your sound! Generally the darker, the stickier- I waffle between different brands based on what I want out of it. Lighter for classical gigs, darker for groovy contemporary music :) I’d go as far as a swipe of Pop’s bass rosin at the frog for a crisp chop if I’m really cutting it up that night 🎻
